My artwork is individual, and prints may be produced or finished to order. Please carefully check the product description, size and details before placing your order, if you are unsure and need further clarification please email me or reach out on my social media.
I do not offer voluntary refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Returns & Return Postage
Where we have discussed a return and it is permitted.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaged carefully to prevent damage during transit. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, Using a tracked postal service. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Original delivery charges and return postage costs are not refundable.
If an item is returned damaged or shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction for any loss in value may apply.
Damaged or Faulty Items
I take care to package all orders safely. If your order arrives damaged.
Please contact me with your order details and photographs of the issue so that I can help resolve the matter.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected, and return costs for faulty or damaged items will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Cancelling an Order
I aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, once an order has been placed, I may not be able to stop it from being printed, prepared or dispatched before a cancellation request is received.
If your order has already been dispatched, please contact me for advice on the returns process. Any applicable statutory cancellation rights will still apply.
Please ensure you are happy with your selection before placing your order, as I cannot guarantee that changes or cancellation requests can be accommodated once an order has been submitted.
